There's some times when I witness someone breaking the rules on sk, self kill or team wounding were I'd like call an admin to have a look but find the !admin message option not subtle enough as [i think] everyone see's the message. Often the trouble maker either stops breaking the rules they've been breaking map after map or simply disconnect knowing full well an admin may drop in for a spec session to check them out and this defeats the purpose.

Is there a way to change the !admin to be invisible to other players as I think this would lead to more stealthy spec'ing and probably result in admins that join to view player X's antics ending up watching a player whose suddenly behaving themselves.

As i see your point, i do think that the stealthier approach is more important when it comes to possible cheaters in which case again your point is very valid.

As for the rest, common rule brakers, well isn't the point of !admin command both to call an admin and to maybe "scare" people into stop braking the rules, thinking an admin might come on and handle problems.

You yourself said that sometimes when you use the !admin command, people stop braking the rules, so isn't that a good thing?

Just my two pence, i am sure others with the ability to actually change this will have their input.

doing !admin in fireteam use to work but i dont think it still does, kennie to noob to make it happen

idd sometimes ppl do take advantage when !admin is shout and they see no action what so ever, but then again if they sk or do something inappropriate and nothing but warnings from other players are displayed they just continue thinking no admin will come too since there's no !admin displayed. So its kind off a loose-loose situation in most of the time.

How ever, greets to rooster and binary that are present many times making things right.

You are right .Moi . I hope !admin function can be worked out as silent. Especially spawn killers stop after you call an admin.
