Is this mortor IN or OUT of spawn? I personally consider it in and think allies own HW's (arty, motor etc..) should be allowed to try take it out. If you consider it not actually IN spawn then how are the allies supposed to retaliate and take it out as the rules state if its in spawn you can SK but if its not then the SK rules don't allpy and allies are free to use their own HW to try take it out. This leads to a catch 22 situation as there's not many mortor players that could take that out accuratly in one shot without a few shells going off target killing hopefully dozens of bystanding axis in their spawn which in turn would lead to SK calls from those that beleive its not in spawn. Tooth "No" = . p3Tro "Affirmative" = That counts as being inside the spawn. mortar/airstrike/arty/nade/r nade/panzer/nuke/flame/fart on him if mortar is deployed there

Not sure what the reference to Tooth and p3tro are about but thanks for the ruling. I doubt I'd be able to capitalise on it being clear he's in spawn but sure next time I'm allies I'll let our soldiers and FOPS know btw Pluto, nothing personal, its a great position you found but for weeks you've had the advantage when sitting there as from what I could tell none of our fops/mortors etc were 100% sure about taking you (and maybe the spawning team) out legally

maybe i did say "no" for a different reason.., i never spawnkilled and i never will (or i am not aware), i dont like lame players, or you just using my name in a negative daylight to set an example Rooster? I prefer mortar banned completely, just to make the real shooting more interesting..
