Why isn't this forced to 100? It just ruins the game having people unhitable, it's a mess of several people with several different connection settings.

This was worse before, now ppl are forced to have at least 40, as stated in forum. I would bet on 75 at least, but considering there was no limit before, 40ish is not so bad :p
