Reason to get (perma)banned: "fo" meaning "**** off" i suppose?

What I got accused of:

Oasis 2nd water pump, combat with enemy inside the pump, getting hit hard, hit them too, decided to run back and heal, went up the ladders, noticed that spawn timer is on 02, so i pressed /kill to save medpacks in spawn for my team since i wasn't very far from there, was in spawn zone basically... I was out of combat (didn't take or receive damage and nothing was fired at me) for at least 5 seconds, how is that IFSK?

Some idiot i often killed in the water pump then accused me of IFSK and admin instantly banned me without even letting me explain the situation. After I came back to the server he kept rebanning me without letting me explain the situation again. I cannot type 200 characters per second, sorry..

I apologize for any trouble caused (apparently) ... I love playing at your server, that is the only place I am playing ET, love the campaigns, you could make all of them be 10/10 and maybe import venice,caen,supplydepot2,mp_beach because this is getting old and those are greatest maps, especially venice, for your server capacity. I do not know about your policy about custom maps, but every ET player should have those.
and some maps like radar and railgun are pretty boring to the majority (railgun 100% and radar is still somehow fun from time to time)

i kicked you for 30 mins for being a pleb and spawnkilling and selfkilling in fight and generally not giveing a flying toss about the server rules.<-(i was specing you at the time)
that was after i had put you to spec and warned you (more then once).

hardly banned for nothing is it?
if you just waited 30 mins it wouldnt be a problem would it?
you cant just decide "feck there rules!" because you know if you get a 30 min kick you can just rejoin again within 2 mins.

ban is still up... i really would like it to be removed now, because i didn't ifsk. i know what ifsk is and i never ifsk-ed for all these years (i think i have never been kicked or banned so far) i have been on this server (check join date on forums)

i mean sure, ban me for nothing, and whenever i call an admin for continuous spawn camp or ifsk or team balance, 95% of the times noone comes and rules still get broken... it's completely, absolutely, not fair.
